How a Schemamesh Hub correlation briefing moves from your index list to a shared reading the committee can use.
A briefing is a short project with a clear handoff — not an open-ended research subscription. This path describes the flagship Global Index Correlation Briefing; stress reviews and pair dives follow a compressed version of the same rhythm.
01 · Inquiry and fit
You send an index list and open questions. We confirm whether a full briefing, stress review, or pair dive fits better, and return a written estimate with timing.
02 · Kickoff
We lock the index list, history window, stress or regime interests, delivery language, and session format (Bangkok office or video). You share any prior internal notes you want us to respect or challenge.
03 · Draft skeleton
Midway, you receive a skeleton: section outline, preliminary episode list, and open data questions. This is the moment to redirect emphasis before charts are finished.
04 · Pack delivery
The briefing pack arrives at least three business days before the live session. It names co-movement patterns, breaks, and ambiguities — with sources and window definitions clear enough for the minutes.
05 · Live session
Ninety minutes with the people who wrote the pack. The agenda privileges challenge over monologue. We can join your committee room on Rama IV or meet by video.
06 · Follow-up window
One round of written questions within ten business days is included. Material new scope becomes a separate estimate.
