Refund & cancellation policy

This policy covers paid analysis engagements with Schemamesh Hub (briefings, stress reviews, pair deep dives, and quarterly watches). It does not cover products, physical goods, or software subscriptions — we do not sell those.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for engagements cancelled or adjusted under the conditions below. Website browsing is free; no refund concept applies to unpaid inquiries.

Timeframe to request

Written refund or cancellation requests should be sent to [email protected] as soon as practicable, and no later than fourteen (14) days after the event giving rise to the request (for example, a cancelled kickoff date), unless the engagement letter sets a different window.

Full refund

A full refund of amounts paid is available if:

• We cancel the engagement for reasons within our control before kickoff materials are delivered; or
• You cancel in writing before kickoff and before we have begun substantive analysis, and no non-refundable third-party data costs were incurred with your prior approval.

Partial refund

If work has started (data assembly, drafting, or skeleton delivery), fees already earned for completed stages are non-refundable. Unused future stages may be refunded proportionally, less any approved third-party costs.

Non-refundable items

• Completed written packs and delivered live sessions
• Deposits once kickoff has occurred and substantive analysis has begun
• Quarterly watch fees for a quarter whose memo has already been delivered
• Third-party data or meeting-room costs approved by you in writing

Deposits

Engagements above THB 100,000 typically require a 40% deposit. The deposit reserves calendar time. If you cancel after kickoff, the deposit is applied to work completed; any remainder is handled under partial refund rules.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a live session once without penalty if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of THB 8,000 or forfeit of the session slot with pack still considered delivered.

If you cancel the entire engagement after the pack is delivered but before the session, the session portion of the fee (as itemised in the estimate) may be refunded; the pack portion is not.

No-shows

Failure to attend a confirmed session without notice within 24 hours is treated as delivery of the session portion. The pack remains yours under the engagement letter.

Work already started

“Started” means we have begun compiling agreed index series, drafting the skeleton, or producing charts for your list. Administrative email alone does not count as started work.

Refund process and timing

Email [email protected] with your engagement reference, payment date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method where possible.

Method

Refunds follow the original payment channel (bank transfer is standard for our Bangkok practice). Currency conversion differences on international transfers are outside our control.

Exceptions

If an engagement letter states different commercial terms, that letter controls. Statutory rights under Thai consumer law, where applicable, are not excluded.
