Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services. Additional written engagement letters prevail over these website terms where they conflict on scope, fees, or deliverables.

Services described

Content on this site describes professional analysis engagements related to global index correlation and related market readings. Descriptions are informational. A binding scope exists only in a written estimate or engagement letter accepted by both parties.

No brokerage or portfolio management

We do not execute trades, custody assets, or provide licensed portfolio management through this site. Analysis does not constitute an offer to buy or sell any security or index product.

Intellectual property

Website text, design, and our briefing materials remain our intellectual property unless an engagement letter assigns specific rights. You may use delivered packs internally for governance and decision support. Public redistribution or resale requires our written consent.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit unlawful or abusive content through forms).

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use or from reliance on free website content. For paid engagements, liability is limited as stated in the engagement letter, and otherwise capped at fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Market analysis involves judgement under uncertainty. Past co-movement does not determine future relationships.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, subject to any dispute clause in an engagement letter.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of material changes for ongoing site use.
